WARRANTY AND TRAINING
Our Machine Warranty includes our committment to you that each and every one of our machines have been fully refurbished (unless otherwise stated)
to meet manufacturer's specifications by our trained technicians prior to shipment.
Our beleif is that once you get the machine set up and running, all you should have to do is "plug and sew".
Each machine includes a 6 month Warranty that covers parts and labor, within normal wear and tear.
When abuse and neglect are present, the warranty does not apply.
24 Hour Technical Support is available when needed.
TRAINING
Barudan Refurbishing Company Inc. realizes the importance of proper training with your new Equipment.
We provide you with training on how not only to operate your new Equipment, but how to achieve the maxium quality and quantity out of your Equipment.
There are some cases when, you just can't catch it all in the training session, that's when you give us a call and we can just walk you thru whatever the problem is.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.......
